Conservatives Against Fox Hunting ‘ We Will Rock You’ musical rock evening at the Dominion Theatre in Tottenham Court Road, London on June 30th 2011 attended by anti hunt Conservative MPs , the UK Directors of the RSPCA, IFAW and The League Against Cruel Sports, John Cooper QC and Brian May of Queen and other guests. Dr Brian May has kindly Co-Hosted two events with us:
Dr Brian May of rock band Queen speaks out against fox hunting. He has kindly spoken at two of Conservatives Against Fox Hunting’s events since our launch in 2010. Our first event at which Brian May was a key Speaker was held in the House Of Commons in December 2010. Six anti hunting Conservative MPs attended our Parliamentary Breakfast Briefing along with the UK Director of IFAW and the CEO of the League Against Cruel Sports.
Our second event with Brian May was a rock musical evening held at the Dominion Theatre for anti hunting Conservative MPs and was called’ We Will Rock You’. The Head of Communications and Trustees of the RSPCA attended along with John Cooper QC and the CEO of The League Against Cruel Sports , the UK Director of IFAW and other invited guests.
We have held five events for anti hunting Conservative MPs in total since 2010, including hosting fringe events at two Conservative party conferences in Birmingham and Manchester, a breakfast meeting in the House Of Commons, a Hampshire Rally Against Hunting at Southampton Solent University and our rock musical evening at the Dominion Theatre in Tottenham Court Road, London.
